Noise ordinance is 10p --8a: please respect friends and neighbors in our quiet neighborhood.
Please discourage dogs from digging in our planted beds, and pick up any pet waste promptly from courtyard area, as you would from any shared space.
Please load the dishwasher, leave all trash in kitchen and bath receptacles, and towels and washcloths in the laundry barrel provided-- housekeeper will do the rest. Make sure the door is locked when you leave. Thanks so much!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Niffy's so much! From the moment I made the reservation to the moment we checked out everything went smoothly! Everything was clean/tidy, all the amenities in good working condition. Our host was very clear with all the instructions and very responsive when I had a few questions. The neighborhood is quiet and less than 10 minutes away from downtown Savannah. I already know where we are staying at next time we go back if host permits of course ;)
